Is my business connected?

Use our Coverage Map to check the status of your buildings connection. Alternatively, please send us a connection query and we will get back to you.

How long will it take?

Century City Connect can connect clients to the last mile within 5 to 10 business days (Please keep in mind that this time estimate excludes ISP turnaround time which is out of our control).

Who can I choose as an Internet Service Provider?

You can choose any of the accredited ISPs featured on our website. Century City Connect builds the last mile and the ISP provides the service over the last mile; you will deal directly with the ISP as per normal.

I want to move my business to the cloud - is Fibre the way to go?

Fibre is an enabler, once you have the high-speed access anything is achievable: Video conferencing, VOIP, high-speed off-site backups and certainly cloud computing. We recommend that you speak to your partner ISP to explain the pros and cons of moving your business to the cloud.

What line speeds are available?

Line speeds available range from 10 Mbps to 1 Gbps, as provided by your preferred ISP.

Will I need a Telkom line?

No, you are able to order Internet and telephone services directly from any of the accredited ISPs featured on our website. Huge savings are achieved on phone bills when moving to VOIP.

Who do I contact if I have a query with my line or service?

You will need to contact your ISP directly, who will assist you with any support or sales queries.

FAQ - Residential Users

Is my residential scheme connected?

Almost all residential schemes in Century City are connected* to the Fibre network, with the exception of the following schemes:

  • Bougain Villas & Villa Italia

*We are constantly adding new residential schemes to the network. Watch this space for updates or log an enquiry via our contact page.
